The Shakhmardan Yessenov Foundation holds a competition for the provision of 10 grants for applicants from low-income families who have not received a state or any other grant to pay for higher education (at a bachelor’s level). The program was implemented from 2022 to 2024. At present, it is only available to the existing grant recipients of the program.
