The program of the personnel reserve “KoMeTa”
The KoMeTa personnel and volunteer reserve is a special program of the “Komanda SOS” Volunteers Coordination Center and the Shakhmardan Yessenov science and education foundation. The project is aimed at the formation of volunteer and personnel reserve of initiative, young, talented people with an active life position for further promotion both as employees and as volunteers in projects of non-profit organizations and partner companies. Most of all in people we value the Communicative, Managerial qualities and Talent.
“KoMeTa” forms a personnel volunteer reserve using effective mechanisms for selecting participants using a special testing system, preparing and involving potential participants in the project implementation process.
We are interested in people who are real professionals in their field actively changing the reality and life around them for the better.
