School of Trainers

The School of Trainers is a special project developed by the “Komanda SOS” Volunteer Coordination Center of the Shakhmardan Yessenov foundation, with the financial support of the Soros-Kazakhstan Foundation for the managers of volunteer programs at Kazakhstan’s NGOs. The project is aimed at creating a team of professionals working professionally with volunteers and engaged in the implementation of social programs.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, when you start a new project or when a new manager appears, learn how to standardize the best techniques and methods.
