It will be a telephone or online interview to assess the contestants\u2019 language skills of the Kazakh, English and Russian languages. Upon completion of this stage, shortlisted will be no more than 5-7 students from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kazntu.kz\/en\/node\/\">Satpayev Kazakh National Research Technical University<\/a>\u00a0and no more than 7 students from the rest of the universities. The names of the successful applicants will be known on\u00a0<strong>March 29<\/strong>\u00a0who will then be invited for the final round of selection scheduled for\u00a0<strong>April 9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The third final stage of the competition is a business game during which, independent experts and psychologists assess leadership skills, ability to work in a team, reasoning and the ability to quickly perceive and analyze information, as well as organizational and communication skills of the applicants.<\/p>\n<p>The names of the five winners of the Shakhmardan Yessenov scholarship will be announced by\u00a0<strong>April 11<\/strong>.
