The second-place winner is the idea of installing oil and gas software in the universities of Kazakhstan. The idea is authored by\u00a0<strong>Yersaiyn Ospanov<\/strong>. \u00a0And the first-place winner of the competition is\u00a0<strong>Yerzhan Sapenov<\/strong>\u00a0from Astana. During our annual meeting with the foundation\u2019s students on March 18, he was in Qatar, so the prize was handed to another representative of the group, Ardak Bizhaksynova, who arrived to Almaty for the meeting. The winners received a three-volume atlas \u201cFrom the Altai to the Caspian Sea\u201d. \u00a0The encyclopedic edition is the result of years of hard work of scientists, historians, archaeologists, geologists, geographers and cartographers of Kazakhstan. \u00a0The publication contains numerous data, documented facts about the monuments and sights, history, geography and culture of our country, and there are more than 3,000 illustrations on atlas\u2019 pages. Yerzhan Sapenov\u2019s group proposed to conduct courses of IT education for the children at orphanages.
