The meeting participants were students and graduates of such universities as Al-Farabi KazNU and Kazakh-British Technical University, Satpayev KazNITU and Suleyman Demirel University, Nazarbayev University and State medical University of Semey, Karaganda State Technical University, Asfendiyarov KazNMU and Gumilev ENU. The first half of the day was devoted to team-building training, which was carried out by psychologists Yelena Amreyeva and Yuliya Rakhmankulova. In a few hours the guys met, did some exercise and became friends.<\/p>\n

\u2014 The atmosphere of the training was like the fellowship of old friends, \u2014 said the programs coordinator of the Foundation Ilzira Aldagarova.<\/p>\n

After lunch a meeting with the founders of a nonprofit organization took place. Students and graduates met the founders of the Foundation the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “ATF Bank”\u00a0Galimzhan Yessenov<\/strong>\u00a0and his spouse\u00a0Aizhan Yessim<\/strong>, members of the Board of Trustees\u00a0Serik Akhanov<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Yeraly Sauranbayev<\/strong>\u00a0and Executive Director of the Foundation\u00a0Aiganym Malisheva<\/strong>. At the meeting students learned more about the programs of the Foundation and had a good talk. The winners of the research internships program, who will travel this summer to the best laboratories in the world, were trained on the fulfilling the report for the upcoming internship and program coordinator Zhadyra Sarmanova told them about the nuances of obtaining visas, and together with I. Aldagarova answered other questions of the Foundation’s beneficiaries. During the meeting, prizes were awarded to the winners of the contest for the best idea for a new educational program Yersaiyn Ospanov and representative of Yerzhan Sapenov\u2019s group Ardak Baizhaksynova.<\/p>\n

Talking with the young people who took part in the meeting,\u00a0Galimzhan Yessenov<\/strong>\u00a0concluded:<\/p>\n

\u2014 Since our last meeting a year has passed and I see how much you’ve grown in education, work, career and life. You become individuals. And as the founder of the Foundation, I am pleased to know that we contribute to this process. We help you to grow as scientists, professionals in various fields and as people. On behalf of the Foundation and myself, I wish you to continue your journey through the chosen way of life. With the help of such programs and projects of the Foundation as a research internships, scholarship program, nFactorial challenge, a competition for the best idea for an educational program, you continue your way to big science, great career and better life.
